An ADORABLE shop with a strong commitment to quality products,
animal rescue and customer education. The first time I came into the
shop Liz spent at least 20 minutes patiently listening and
discussing a behavior concern with another customer (she greeted me
during this time while I was browsing). They carry a freezer full of
raw foods in addition to all of the same high quality kibbles that
we at Barkfest At Tiffany’s recommend to our clients. Bonus, they
offer free delivery on orders over $20 ($5 for the Westside).
Personal Favorite: The collection of collars and leashes. They have
the cutest prints in the world.

Bad Dog Frida offers a fun bright store, lots of unique toys,
treats, etc for dogs and lots of great things for people. Great
selection of clothes, jewelry, bumper stickers and home décor--all
perfect for the pet lover. We always find tons of gift ideas for our
dog loving friends! Check their Events page for information about

Tabby and Jacks is a cute little shop that recently relocated and is
now the closest pet supply shop to our location! (In the Copps
shopping center near the corner of Fish Hatchery and HWY PD) They
have a great supply of healthy dog foods and a wonderful supply of
fun dog toys that we haven’t seen anywhere else. They offer a
delivery service Tuesdays and Thursdays between 5-8pm for $5

Since we moved to Fitchburg this has been the clinic we have taken
our dogs to. This is a one vet (Dr. Hook) practice, I feel we will
have great continuity of care since it’s the same person every time.
Recently our beagle had a mystery injury and Dr. Hook was extremely
understanding and gentle trying to perform an exam on a howling
beagle. They recommended several options for treatment and our bill
was reasonable. We are so happy we found them! They treat cats, dogs
and exotics, and offer a full range of routine veterinary services,
pharmaceuticals and behavior counseling.
Personal Favorite: DNA breed identification testing! We have an
adopted mixed breed dog and I am looking forward to finding out what
he is someday!

Odyssey has come highly recommended by friends and clients for
both dogs and cats. Very attractive new facility with plenty of
lobby space (which is especially important if you have a dog who
isn’t crazy about being around other dogs!). They offer a full range
of routine vet care services, additionally they offer laser surgery
for certain procedures and an online pharmacy where you can order
and pay for refills and have them delivered to your home. How great
is that!?
Personal Favorite: The online Patient Photo Gallery, who doesn’t
love looking at tons of loved pets.

The Dog Den is a daycare facility that offers training and
playgroups. A nice large building with an additional outdoor
play/potty area, we’ve visited them for playgroups before and our
dogs had a blast. The staff there are fabulous at monitoring the
interactions, we never had those awkward moments like at the dog
park when you have to tell another owner to get control of their
dog! Several of the sweetest dogs we know went through their
training classes, so they must be fantastic, too. Be sure to check
their website for the playgroup schedules.

Happy Dogz provides daycare for dogs. When I worked as a veterinary
assistant I left my beagle with them several days a week. It was a
treat for him and I took him home totally exhausted and happy every
day. Indoor and outdoor play areas and little pools for water play
when its warm out.
